I just extended the support service for another six months but when i log into the support site it shows this message “There is no purchase of this product associated with your account. Please add license key.” even though i have entered it multiple times.

We are currently experiencing some issues with Visual Composer on the site as it is currently not working and I was wondering if there is a solution to this issue?

Hi,

When I select an element in Visual Composer it does not respond and no changes are reflected on the page.
In addition I have updated the plugin various times but the issue persists.

Please let me know if there is a solution for this issue
