how to do scrolly header image w/ breadcrumbs as in template example

hey guys,

i couldn’t find it. would you mind pointing me in the right direction for it?

i’m trying to figure out how to create the same image effect (w/ the breadcrumbs for the page) as in your template here and clicking on the SERVICES page:
