<p style=”font-size: 14px; line-height: 1.5; margin: 25px 0px 20px; color: #444444; font-family: -apple-system, system-ui, ‘Segoe UI’, Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, ‘Helvetica Neue’, sans-serif;”>I just purchased your theme and have spent quite some time trying to get the theme to install directly through WordPress install button.</p>
<p style=”font-size: 14px; line-height: 1.5; margin: 25px 0px 20px; color: #444444; font-family: -apple-system, system-ui, ‘Segoe UI’, Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, ‘Helvetica Neue’, sans-serif;”>I uploaded the correct file: wien_v1.1.6_2016-09-21-08-57-57.zip but it gives me this error when trying to install: “Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again.“</p>
<p style=”font-size: 14px; line-height: 1.5; margin: 25px 0px 20px; color: #444444; font-family: -apple-system, system-ui, ‘Segoe UI’, Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, ‘Helvetica Neue’, sans-serif;”>So then I tried to upload directly to my FTP and there were quite a few PHP files that failed to upload. Can you please help? This isn’t my first time creating wordpress sites, however, this is the first time I have experienced fails to upload a theme.</p>
