fresh builder not work global problem

Hi there,

I am trying to change one setting in the topbar builder but it is not saving. I am getting a message that there is a problem with Fresh Builder.

Change I want to make: disable ‘Topbar is hidden when you scroll down” (default classic center aligned header)

Hi sashaayoub!

I just checked it and it works. But, please save the header after the freshbuilder is loaded (in the menu “topbar”, approx 30 seconds). This might cause the issue. I know, sorry for this, we will do it differently in future.

I tested it last time And I will do it again, but now your server is occasionally throwing 503 errors (seems like being overloaded). In the meantime, can you please write a name of the header you are using?

Hi sashaayoub!

The problem is, that your server is having too slow computing power, so it’s not able to build and load the freshbuilder properly. Is there any chance, you could enhance your CPU? What is your hosting?

Or it might be a memory problem, or something like this. But it repports “server unavailable”, so that is the problem.

Hi there,

The host provider Transip increased the CPU but that did not solve the problem. They gave me the following error that they found:

FastCGI: server “/var/run/php-fpm/php56/php-cgi” stderr: PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_header() in /sites/breukers.co/www/wp-content/themes/ark/index.php on line 3

Can you help me with this error?

Firstly please accept my apology for delayed answer. We moved our support to ticketing system and your thread did not popped up here easily.

Well this error is really unusual, we never saw this before. Most probably it was triggered by some external http request, openning index.php directly and it should not influence the workflow. Anyway we were getting similar kind of errors on your server and it was there because not enough resource from server.

It is better after the CPU or still totally same? And also please keep on mind, that we can always issue full refund for you here https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new

Hi, I have change my domain and installed ark correctly but I can not see Fresh Builder in plug ins section and it does not appear when I want to edit or create a new page. Could you help me please? Do I need to uninstall “The ark”? How can I do it?

What the hell! Fresh Builder not working! Nothing can be changed, the license key does not work, feedback is not responsible! What happens why fresh builder doesn’t work! For several weeks I can not change anything on the site.
