Can`t Upload in WordPress

I  cant upload the Theme in WordPress..   getting a  error.

Now  i  upload via  FTP,   but  not  possible  to  activate the theme.

oxygen_v1.3.5_2015-07-24-08-42-41   i  upload  3  times  the unziped folder ..

i upload  now  via  FTP again..  allways same error.  i realy  dont know  what happen..  new  blank wordpress.  If i chose some  other  themes   it  works
