Can we please get a refund?

Hi,

My company bought this theme specifically because it includes Visual Composer.
The elements in the demo site, are not created with Visual Composer but with the pre-built Composer. This is terribly misleading as you use “Easy to use Page Builder – Visual Composer” but it is not directly usable with the layouts.

We cannot use this theme, please give us a refund.
