Theme Options are Blank

Hi – I’ve had this theme on my site for a few years now with no problems – – but last month, I noticed that some of my images (like my logo) are not appearing on my page any longer. When I went to the theme options to double-check, I noticed that the theme options page does not work: all the sections appear on the left, but no options appear for them (see image). Just found a few other posts in the forum for this, but I have the latest versions of both the theme and WordPress, so that’s not my particular problem.

HELP! Any info sincerely appreciated!

I am still not seeing the theme options at all. I see the left column of categories – Skins, Header, Fonts, etc. – but when I click on them I cannot see anything. Which is why I could not change the above logos. Any ideas?

FOLLOWUP: I can see the options under SITE PREFERENCES. Just not the ones under THEME OPTIONS.
