Can you please help. I’m having issues with the theme so I went to the support site, entered my license which was accepted, the message read ‘Your purchase code has been added’.
Then when I try to read forums etc it keeps asking for my license key and won’t let me access the information.
I’m making good progress building our site in your theme but I seem to have an underlying problem.
If I try creating a layout, portfolio, page and press publish I get an error. The same happens when I click to update page I’m working on. Luckily the Save Ajax or Save All Sections works so I’ve been able to alter 3 existing pages to create what I need but I now need to start creating new pages etc.
Any ideas what could be the issue?
Thanks for your help. I’ve added information below.
I use Edge, but also tried in IE.
Also I see on the test page you’ve done, it hasn’t swapped out the Bonsai logo with the one I’ve added. Do you know why?
The problem was solved with Chrome. Thanks for that.
Unfortunately I have a new problem. I had finished the website, was planning to go live today and then discovered that one my pages which I’d finished has lost all my content.
I tried to restore the previous version from the 10th August when I finished this page and it won’t let me restore that version. The page is http://tablet-academy.com/Summer2016/home/homepage-five/
Can you see why I’ve lost all my work and also if you can restore the version from the 10th?
The backend is wrong. When I last left this page I had finished all I needed to do, it had a lot of content including a slider.
All my other pages seem fine so I don’t know what’s happened with this one.
Would there be anyway of identifying the files we need to restore from the hosting back up file, rather than replace everything as I would lose work on other pages then.
Also is there a risk of this happening again? Is there anyway to avoid it?
We’ve been looking at the back up files on the hosting.
