Hello, I have an issue with the link between the filterable portfolio link and the page that displays the project. We have created a portfolio project page, as well as a portfolio object, and linked the two together. When you follow the link from the portfolio page to the project page, it displays a lot of information that shouldn’t be there. I took a look at the code for the page, and it is calling the ff-section-fullwidth class multiple times. I am not great with PHP, and so cannot fix this myself.
I have noticed that your support on this theme is severely lacking, looking at other tickets and their responses (and lack thereof). I did pay for support when we purchased this theme – this is for a paying customer of mine and has a deadline. Your support turnaround time is estimated at 2 hours, and so if I don’t hear back from you by midday tomorrow (Thursday), I will be reporting this to Envato. This is more than double your estimated response time.
As you need additional information, please let me know what you need.
Thanks!
Figured it out after several hours of trouble-shooting. For others with this issue, the portfolio doesn’t link to a page, like most galleries and blogs do. All of the options for editing the individual portfolio piece is on that portfolio option at the bottom. Please see their video on blog. It does mostly explain this issue.
Thanks!
