I just purchased Casanova yesterday and excited to get it to work.

I configured all settings of Email admin, From: To: etc. it seems like sending the emails, but they are never being received…
I already went through the Ninja Forms troubleshooting docs – nothing helps.
Well, you promise support of up to 2 hours, I’m waiting for answers for almost 36 hours…

Email problem is being handled by Thomas so I’m waiting for his reply.
No problem Google Maps work with that warning anyway and so far it doesn’t make any problems.
I’m still waiting however for Thomas to resolve the email delivery problem – was Thomas able to identify and resolve the problem?
Already download, installed, and tested Postman SMPT plugin following Thomas’ recommendation – 2 days ago.
Postman SMPT test works fine – it sends test emails OK.
Your theme’s Contact Us form however seems to send emails but recipients never receive them…
Thomas promised to check the problem deeply and get back to me with a solution – when can I expect to get a solution please?
The status of the email problem:
Postman SMTP plug-in is ON, sends test emails OK as HTML messages.
Your theme’s Ninja form email form doesn’t work when FORMAT is HTML.
It works if it is set to: PLAIN TEXT.
But there’s another problem: I receive the emails wrapped as .CSV attachment
and the body text showing: <p><br></p>
This happens although I’ve set ATTACH CSV option to be turned OFF!
Why do I get a CSV instead of a standard clean email message although CSV option is OFF?
This seems like a problem with your Ninja Form plug-in.
To summarize the problems:
(1) Ninaja form contact email form doesn’t deliver emails when set to HTML format.
(2) Ninja form contact email form delivers emails in PLAIN TEXT format as .CSV attachments although ATTACH .CSV option is turned off.
Please reply so I know you take care of me.
Thomas asked me to contact Ninja Form support and see if they can help. They are currently in contact with me. I’ll get back to you if they cannot fix it.
However I have further issue – will post in a minute.
Other issues related to your Theme:
Why is it the Visual Composer isn’t working together with your Theme in the same page?
(1) I create a new page.
(2) I selected TEMPLATE as ONE PAGE
(3) I add a text element via Visual Composer and write something
(4) I add your Theme feature under it: Text Block with Icon on Top
(5) Click PUBLISH
When I view page I only see the Text Block with Icon on Top and the Visual Composer text isn’t there…
I’ve added new Portfolios.
I expect to see them under http://www.redcamelsolutions.com/ff-portfolio/ but there’s nothing there, can’t even edit this page.
When I enter a single portfolio page for example:
Then from there I click the that portfolio’s category page:
Why do I see that feature of your theme appearing with the text “Our Services” and the line with sub-text and dots line? – see screenshot
Or another way for that – how can I edit/remove these text lines? Couldn’t find how to do that.
All my page’s titles have an extra separator sign “|” at the end of each title when I view a page title from a browser – how do I get rid of that?
I found solutions on Google to mess with the Theme code, but I don’t want to do that as once you update your theme the modification will be lost.
